Two days after a humiliating defeat in Durban, South Africa fought back to hold India level with two games remaining in the four-match T20I series at St George's Park, Ggebeha.

Two days later, South Africa skipper Aiden Markram once again opted to bowl on the grass wicket in overcast conditions, with Indian supporters hoping that Samson and the rest of the batsmen would once again run the batting order.

However, South Africa's response was very different from Durban's. Although the Indians collapsed at the end of the innings, they managed to score 200 and dominated the opposition batsmen from the very first ball in the chase.
